How to Join
By joining the Dean Forest Railway Society as a member, you will be helping to us to develop and improve the preserved Severn & Wye Railway between Lydney Junction and Parkend that currently comprises the Dean Forest Railway. As a Society, we are constantly exploring ways to make a visit to the DFR an excellent experience for our visitors, while also providing a rewarding and fulfilling hobby for our volunteers.
Membership of the DFRS gives you half price travel on all standard timetable days, as well as discounts in the shop and cafe at Norchard station. Members also receive an excellent, quarterly full-colour magazine which will keep you right up to date with all the latest news around the Railway.
